This Policy explains how the GENESCI website (genesci.com.br) handles your personal data, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).

We only collect data if you consent to analytics and marketing cookies. With your consent, we collect — through third-party tools:

• Browsing & device: pages visited, time on page, clicks, scrolling, language, device type and browser.
• Identifiers & cookies: anonymous identifiers assigned by Google Analytics and TikTok.
• Approximate location: derived from your IP address (city/region), never your exact location.

We do not collect your name, email, phone or payment data on this site. The book purchase happens entirely on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy policy.

• To measure and understand site traffic — how many people visit, from where, and how they navigate.
• To assess the performance of the book's promotion campaigns and optimize the ads.

04Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), collected through the cookie notice shown on your first visit. Until you consent, no analytics or marketing cookie is activated and no data is sent to third parties.
